Booking & Payment Policy

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorised agents.

A booking is only confirmed once full payment is received.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including vehicle details, travel dates, and contact information.

A confirmation message or receipt will be issued upon successful booking.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking with incorrect or suspicious details.

Cancellations & Booking Changes

Full Refund: Cancel at least 48 hours before your drop-off time.

Partial Refund: Cancel 24–48 hours before drop-off — a fee equal to one day’s parking will apply.

Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before drop-off or no-shows are non-refundable.

Need to Reschedule? Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to change your booking free of charge.

Flight Delays: Inform us as early as possible — we’ll adjust your booking without penalty where possible.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Overstays & Early Returns

Overstay Charges: Additional days will be charged at the standard daily rate, payable upon return. No penalty or hidden fees.

Early Returns: You’ll receive a refund for any full unused days (refunds exclude partial days).

Vehicle Care & Liability

Our Commitment: We take full responsibility for any damage caused due to our proven negligence while your vehicle is in our care.

Customer Responsibility: We are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage
Mechanical or electrical faults
Flat batteries, tyre wear, or fuel issues

Personal items left in the vehicle — please remove all valuables
Inspection: Please inspect your vehicle and report any concerns before leaving our facility.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Other Key Details

Transferable Bookings: Your booking can be transferred to another person or vehicle with our prior approval.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time or inform us if delayed to avoid service disruption.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Protocol:
Call us 30 minutes before arrival at the airport.
On return, call us after collecting your luggage for a smooth vehicle return.
