Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.airportparkinghhub.co.uk and the booking of airport parking services through Airport Parking HHub. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. The "Hub" Booking Protocol

1.1 Binding Contract: A contract is formed only when a unique Airport Parking HHub Booking Reference is generated and dispatched via our secure automated server.

1.2 Data Integrity: You are responsible for the accuracy of your Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM) and flight times. In 2026, many UK terminals utilize ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition); incorrect VRM data may result in denied entry or additional Penalty Charge Notices (PCN), for which the Company bears no liability.

1.3 Voucher Requirement: You must present your digital or printed booking voucher to the Parking Provider (the third-party facility operator) upon arrival.

2. Dynamic Pricing & Financial Terms

2.1 Real-Time Rates: All prices are in GBP (£) and are subject to Dynamic Yield Management. Rates fluctuate based on terminal demand, seasonal capacity, and lead time.

2.2 Overstay Levies: If your actual parking duration exceeds the period booked (e.g., due to flight delays), the Parking Provider reserves the right to charge an “Overstay Levy” at their prevailing daily gate rate.

2.3 Payment Security: All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 encrypted gateways. Failure of payment authorization will result in immediate voiding of the reservation.

3. 2026 Cancellation & Amendment Flex-Policy

3.1 Non-Flex vs. Premium Flex: * Saver/Non-Flex: These are discounted promotional rates and are 100% non-refundable and non-amendable.

  • Premium Flex: Allows cancellations up to 24–48 hours prior to the “Drop-off Time” for a full refund (minus administrative booking fees).

  • 3.2 No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive at the facility without prior notification constitutes a “No-Show.” No refunds will be issued for unused parking days.

4. Operational Liability & Vehicle Security

4.1 Agency Status: Airport Parking HHub acts strictly as an authorized booking agent. While we only partner with Park Mark® Award facilities, the physical storage and movement of the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the Parking Provider.

4.2 Roadworthiness: All vehicles must be in a roadworthy condition, hold a valid MOT, and be taxed. Parking Providers reserve the right to refuse vehicles that pose a safety risk.

4.3 Key Retention: For Meet & Greet services, you must leave your ignition keys with the authorized chauffeur. Your vehicle may be moved to a secure off-site compound within a 15-mile radius of the terminal.

5. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disruptions: We are not liable for missed flights or additional costs resulting from traffic congestion, terminal closures, security delays, or “Acts of God” (Force Majeure).

5.2 Indirect Loss: Our total liability is strictly limited to the total cost of the booking fee paid. We do not accept liability for consequential loss, including loss of profit or travel enjoyment.

6. PCN Appeals & Dispute Resolution

As a unique value-add for 2026, Airport Parking HHub provides a specialized support channel for Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) inquiries related to airport drop-off zones. While the Hub does not pay fines, we provide the necessary booking data to assist in your formal appeal process.

7. Liability

7.1 Airport Parking HHub acts as a booking platform connecting customers with parking providers.

7.2 Parking services are operated by independent providers and are subject to their own operational procedures.

7.3 We will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

7.4 We are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, airport operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7.5 Liability for vehicle damage or loss may depend on the parking provider’s terms and applicable law.

8. Personal Belongings

Customers are advised not to leave valuable items inside their vehicle while it is parked.

Airport Parking HHub and the parking provider cannot accept responsibility for the loss of personal belongings left inside vehicles.

9. Special Assistance

If you require special assistance or accessibility services, please inform us when making your booking so that we can assist where possible.

Clear Answers on Your Booking Contract & Rights

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my booking with Airport Parking HHub a legally binding contract?

Yes. A legally binding contract is formed the moment Airport Parking HHub issues your unique Booking Reference via email. This contract confirms your space at a Park Mark® accredited facility and outlines the specific liability of the third-party Parking Provider.

Accuracy is critical. Most UK terminals (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted) use ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) technology. If your VRM is incorrect in our system, the barrier may not open, and you could be issued a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN). You must update your vehicle details via our “Help & Contact” portal at least 2 hours before arrival.

No. In accordance with our 2026 Pricing Terms, Saver or Non-Flex bookings are discounted promotional rates and are strictly non-refundable and non-amendable. For maximum flexibility, we recommend selecting our Premium Flex packages, which allow cancellations up to 24–48 hours before your scheduled arrival.

Airport Parking HHub acts as an authorized booking agent. The physical custody and security of your vehicle remain the sole responsibility of the Parking Provider (the facility operator). All claims for damage must be reported to the operator before leaving the car park, as per their specific 2026 Liability Terms.

An Overstay Levy is an additional charge applied by the parking facility if your vehicle remains parked past your booked exit time. This often happens due to flight delays. These charges are calculated at the car park’s standard “Gate Rate” and are payable directly to the operator upon exit.

While we are not liable for fines issued by airport authorities, we provide a specialized PCN Support Channel. We can provide your confirmed booking data and timestamps to assist you in filing a formal appeal against unfair Penalty Charge Notices at UK terminal drop-off zones.
